  Houston and New York (Oct. 10, 2013) – Riverstone Holdings LLC (“Riverstone”) announced that it has committed to invest up to $300 million in Carrier Energy Partners, LLC (“Carrier”). With offices in Sugar Land, Texas, Carrier is focused on the acquisition and exploitation of upstream oil and gas assets.
